Financial Vulnerability Checks

As part of licensing requirements, we conduct checks to identify customers that may be spending more than they can afford.

In order to do this, we have partnered with a Credit Reference Agency (Transunion) to carry out financial vulnerability checks. These checks assist us to better understand our players and enable us to help our players spend within their means.

Can I see a financial vulnerability check on my credit file?

When a check is conducted, a soft search footprint will appear on your credit file. These searches will not affect your credit score or your chance of being approved for credit.

How is this information used?

We may use this data for internal processes that are focussed on improving player protection. Depending on the information returned in the check, it could result in a Operator Spend Limit being applied on your account.

The information we gather will not be shared with any other businesses.
