Why do I need to provide ID for my withdrawal?
To comply with regulations, we are required to confirm proof of identity when a players withdrawals accumulate to £1,800.
Please provide one of the following forms of ID:
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Bank / debit card statement (issue date within the past 6 months)
• Utility bill (gas, electricity, water, council tax) (issue date within the past 6 months)
• Letter from HMRC / DWP (issue date within the past 6 months)
If you are providing a photo of your documents, please ensure that all 4 corners are visible. If the documents are uploaded as a digital file, it must be a PDF copy of the document. Screenshots of bank/debit card statements or utility bills are accepted, as long as they show the issuing date (must be dated within the past 6 months), your name, address and the company logo. This will prevent any delays on your ID being accepted.
Please upload your ID via My Account > Account Details > ID Upload. The team will aim to process the ID within 4 hours and will send you an email once it has been processed.
