Why does my ID keep getting rejected?
We do have certain requirements that we can accept identification documents, here are the most common reasons why it has been declined.
• All 4 corners and edges are not visible
• We cannot accept an expired Passport or Driving License
• The document is out of date as letters must be dated in the last 6 months
• The name or address does not match your tombola account, please check your details are up to date on the ‘Personal Details’ section
• General letters from the bank or utility companies cannot be accepted, it must be a generated bill or statement. Hospital letters are also not a valid form of ID
• Please ensure all the information on your documents are visible, the image must be clear. If the flash or lighting is restricting the information being visible it will be declined

While we strive to complete the Player identification and verification process right at the start of your relationship with us, there are circumstances when we need to ask you for additional documents especially when required by law e.g. to comply with EU AML Directives, the UK Proceeds of Crime Act or any other relevant rules or regulations that require us to ask and obtain additional information from our Customers.
