How do I reopen my account?

If you wish to reopen your account and you do not have any active exclusions, please contact us so we can help you further.

Please note if you do have an active self-exclusion or a Gamstop exclusion, you cannot return to the site until the exclusion has expired. If you need to remove your Gamstop exclusion, please contact them on 0800 138 6518 and allow 24 hours for the system to be updated before contacting us.
