What is tombola safeplay?
At tombola, we’re always ‘open for fun'. We want to keep it that way by looking after our players. We call our stance on safer gambling, safeplay. This includes our range of tools to help you stay in control of your gameplay and our amazing dedicated team of agents who are here to give you advice and support on how to play safely. Safer gambling is part of our DNA at tombola, and it’s incredibly important to us that our players feel in control when they’re with us and are having fun.
We offer a number of safeplay tools to help you manage your gameplay:
Spend limit: Having a spend limit in place that you are happy with and is personal to you, can ensure you never spend more than is comfortable for you. On our safe play page you can reduce your limit at anytime & lock your limit in place for up to 12 months.
Stake limits: You can set and lock a limit across both bingo and arcade at a maximum amount you would like to stake per game. Playing with lower stakes can help your money last that little bit longer and you still get to experience the fun and excitement of the games.You can play for as a little as 5p on tombola arcade, tickets start from just 2p in bingo Lite or 1p in Paper bingo.
Game freeze: Whether you're playing a game a little too much or are simply not enjoying it, you can freeze a game you'd rather not have access to anymore.
Time Keeper: Sometimes time can run away from us! To help you manage this, you can set this tool to remind you how long you have been playing for, you can set it to remind you every 1, 2 or 3 hours.
Take a break: If you feel that you could benefit from some time away from playing, you can cool off for up to 5 months or self-exclude from 6 months to permanently.
