My games are running slow

We are sorry you are experiencing slow experience when playing our games. This could be due to multiple reasons which are explained below.

Clear your cache

If you are experiencing slow loading times of our games, or the game itself is running slower than usual, clearing you cache can sometimes help. Clearing your cache means deleting temporary files that your app or browser has saved. Deleting them frees up space on your device and can help websites load faster.

Refreshing your app

If you are a tombola app user and are experiencing long loading times of games and/or features, refreshing your app can often solve this issue. The quickest way to refresh your app is to swipe down on the home page (you will see a loading spinner at the top of the screen to indicate that the app is refreshing. An alternative way to refresh your app is to uninstall and reinstall it. We always recommend using the most recent version of our app.

Have as much information as possible

There may be some instances where updating apps or clearing your cache just doesn't solve your issues and you may need to contact our Customer Services team. To help us to identify issues as quickly as possible, we need as much information from you as possible, including the name of the device you are using, if you are in the app the version number is extremely helpful to us, if you are on desktop or mobile web the browser name is really important, and the game you are playing and the version number (which can be found in the game settings menu) are also crucial for us. The more information you can provide to us, the quicker we can work to resolve the issue.
