Why is the Apple Pay option is not available on my tombola account?
Apple Pay will be automatically enabled to all existing active tombola players that made their first deposit using a card payment and have an Apple device.
If Apple Pay is not enabled, you only need to add your bank debit card as a payment method and make your initial deposit using that card.
After your initial deposit, you can add Apple Pay as a new payment method by going to ‘Manage Payment Methods’ in My Account and tapping the ‘Set up Apple pay’ button. However, before changing your payment method, ensure your account balance is less than £2. This means you must withdraw any balance above £2 to the debit card you originally used for your first deposit. Once this is done, Apple Pay will be enabled to set up for your account.
Once added, go to ‘add funds’ in my account then select Apple Pay, fill in the amount needed then tap ‘add funds’ button. Apple Pay will require authorisation using credentials that are already securely stored on your Apple device like Face ID, Touch ID, or double-clicking Apple Watch.
