Payment Methods Queries

Information below answers some of the most common questions about payment methods. For additional help don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team who can assist you further.

Why can't I remove or switch my payment method?

If your payment method is the primary and the only one registered on your account, you may not be able to remove it. However, if your balance is below £2, you can add a new payment method or switch to another registered payment method before deleting the old one.

How many payments methods I’m able to add?

You can register up to four payment methods on your account. You are only able to connect one Apply Pay account.

If you need to change your registered card details (for example, you may have a new card number) then you can do this in the account area. If you need to change your registered PayPal details, then you can do this by logging into your PayPal account. 

What Payment methods we accept?

You can deposit using Apple Pay or by using your debit card. We accept the following: Visa debit, MasterCard debit and Visa Electron. Please note that we do not accept American Express, credit cards and prepaid cards as payment methods.

Why am I blocked from depositing?

Deposits can be blocked by our internal teams if an action is required or necessary. Here’s some points to consider if this happens to you:

•   Have you received and missed a call or received an email from us? Please check this before contacting us.
•   Please check your Spend Limit or our site limits here – If you have reached your own personal limit or site limit then this could explain your issues with depositing.
•   Are we waiting on further documentation or ID from you? If this is the case, or if we’ve asked for an interaction is needed with one of our internal teams, this could be a reason you cannot deposit.
•   If you have provided ID or other requested documents and your account is still under review – we thank you for your patience and assure you that the relevant team will reach out as soon as the review is completed. 
•   Please check that there are no banking related issues with your registered payment card or click here for related deposit queries.
