Bank Transfer Queries

How can I request a Bank Transfer?

A bank transfer withdrawal will only be available if your card withdrawal is unsuccessful. This can happen for many reasons, such as rejection by the bank or outdated or invalid card details on file. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the sort code and account number to which you wish the money to be transferred. Once these details are submitted and verified in our system, they can’t be changed. We will verify your bank details through Worldpay. Please note that providing incorrect information may cause delays or failed transactions.

How can I add my Bank Details?

If we cannot process your withdrawal through your card for any reason, we will notify you via email with instructions to provide your bank details for a Bank Transfer. Alternatively, you can enter your bank details directly on the withdraw page.

What is the timescale to receive a Bank Transfer?

Bank Transfers can take from 3 – 5 days to show in your account. You will see tombola on the transaction reference in your bank statement.

Are there any fees associated with Bank Transfers?

Bank Transfers are free of charge, there are no associated fees.

What if my Bank Transfer fails, how can I receive my winnings?

If your Bank Transfer fails for any reason, the requested amount will be sent to you via cheque. Please make sure the address registered on your tombola account is accurate and up to date. Cheques can take up to 14 days to be delivered to your address.
