When will I receive my withdrawal?
The processing time for your withdrawal depends on the type of card or method you’ve used and the issuing bank:
- VISA Debit Card and Apple Pay: Fast withdrawal, typically within 2–4 hours.
(The maximum single withdrawal to card is £20,000; any amounts over this can only be remitted by bank transfer.) - VISA Electron: Standard withdrawal usually takes 3–5 business days.
- MasterCard and Apple Pay: Standard withdrawal, generally 3–5 business days.
(Some banks offer fast withdrawals within 2–4 hours. Withdrawals from your Account through Apple Pay may take up to 3-5 working days to process. You cannot withdraw more than £20,000 in a single Apple Pay withdrawal transaction. If Apple Pay is your registered payment method, then withdrawals can be made back to the same Apple Pay account or any registered card on your Account - no other withdrawal method is permitted. (Withdrawals from your Account into your PayPal account may take up to 72 hours to process. You cannot withdraw more than £5,000 in a single PayPal withdrawal transaction. If PayPal is your registered payment method, then withdrawals can only be made back to the same PayPal account - no other withdrawal method is permitted. - Cheques: Up to 14 business days.
Please allow up to 4 hours for fast withdrawals and 5 business days for standard withdrawals before reporting any issues. Additionally, it may take up to 24 hours to receive a failure notification. If you receive a failure notification, you can request Bank Transfers.
