Why can't I withdraw?
There are several reasons why you couldn’t withdraw:
- Your bank has rejected the transaction. Contact your bank to check your card status.
- Your withdrawal amount is high, and we need you to send an identification document on our ID upload tool.
- Your card may have expired or been reported as lost to your bank, making withdrawal to a different payment method is unavailable. If your withdrawal fails, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to provide your bank details. Alternatively, you can enter your bank details directly through the app on withdraw page. - You don’t have enough balance. The minimum amount you can withdraw to is £10.
